Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it holds firmly in the printed part. The opposite spiral-shaped knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque, as well as a high tightening force. The guide has made insertion much easier.
The inserts with internal threads are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. The reusability of the screw-in threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.
The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold, for example, in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic of the part around the brass sleeve cools down and hardens again, the internally threaded sleeve is firmly anchored.
The ruthex thread insert box consists of 70 pieces RX-M2x4 + 100 pieces RX-M3x5.7 + 50 pieces RX-M4x8.1 + 50 pieces RX-M5x9.5 press-in nuts with M2, M3, M4 and M5 internal thread. The thread inserts are delivered in a practical assortment box. The threaded sleeves can be inserted using ultrasound and heat embedding.
